Our company uses the original powder of cemented carbide and never uses recycled powder. Every purchase of raw materials is guaranteed by quality inspection, which is the basis of product quality.

Yes, we have a minimum order. For conventional products, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces, and for unconventional products, it is usually 50 pieces.

In case of new products, we will issue moulds for customers. The mold fee is generally borne by the customer. After the purchase quantity reaches a certain value, we will return the mold fee to offset the payment for goods.

For new customers, we need 100% payment before production. For regular customers, the payment terms are 50% before production and 50% before delivery. T/T, LC, West Union are okey.

For samples, it lead time is about 7 days. For mass production,the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

Our products are mainly transported by air, express, sea and railway. Four international express transportation expresses are supported: DHL, UPS, FeDex, TNT EMS also supports.

The warranty period of our products is generally one year. If the customer has problems after receiving the goods, please contact us as soon as possible. If there are quality problems, we will arrange return and replacement services for the customer.
